The harvest process for this tea had done in shortest time which guaranteed the average freshness for every pieces of tea leaf in a bulk when all of them went to the next processes. This tea is made with light fermentation (oxidization) and light roasting process which brought out the characters of quality oolong tea also remained most healthy benefits similar to green tea. Its floral aroma and smooth, lingerling taste will surprise you also help you to keep drinking tea as a great choice of daily beverage. It is very forgiving and doesn't easily get astringent like most green tea. This tea is a great treat at anytime, for anyone.
This tea is a easy-to-brew one: it is good with boiling water. It also can be re-steeped for about 4 times when being brewed with a ratio of 4oz water/ 4g tea/ 2 minutes for every steeping in gung fu manner.
