The Pear Mt. ( Lii-Shan)
in Medium Fermentation and Dark Roast
Made with crushed pieces (not powder!) of tea leaves harvested at high altitude Pear Mountain (over 2200M). Because of its small surface and is generally taken from the edge of the fermented whole leaves, its fermentation rate reaches a average of 50%.
Becuase the expensive price of the raw leaves, The Pear Mountain Tea is rare to be processed with such a high fermentation percentage. Therefore these tea sachets are really rare pearls that worth a try!
*To some foreign friends this tea may be a bit too heavy in taste. Our customer told us about infusing it with "Morning Dew" together, they will create a beautiful harmony of brew! And you can get most nurtition and taste of oriental tea at one time! What a good idea~~
